At “Villa Moderna” there is a 4 nights minimum stay and a cleaning fee of 200 €.
To reserve your chosen dates, we ask for a 30% reservation fee.
The remaining amount should be paid prior to 20 days before check-in.
The reservation fee will ONLY be refundable if cancelation is made before this date.

The house is as shown in the photos, Mihaela was always on the lookout for everything and solved any questions that arose. Highly recommended.

Mihaela and her mother were incredibly lovely hosts, making our stay memorable and comfortable. Mihaela was super friendly and always available to answer questions, providing excellent recommendations for taxis, restaurants, and nearby beaches. The expansive serene property offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, with beautifully maintained outdoor area perfect for lounging.

Mihaela was super host and very helpful. Location also was rural local style villa with nice terrace and pool. Location was air-conditioned and plot was gated and without noisy neighbours. Kitchen was equipped and even fresh cold water dispenser exists there. Surely can suggest this location and Mihaela to others.
